When does the 6 month Satisfaction Guarantee start?
Your 6-month satisfaction guarantee begins when you sign SurePayroll’s service agreement and it is valid for six months from that date regardless of how long the actual cancellation process may take.
What fees are included in the Satisfaction Guaranteed reimbursement?
You will receive any/all standard payroll fees incurred from the time you signed the SurePayroll service agreement and up to 6 months. Reimbursement for standard payroll processing fees do not include the following: fees for non-sufficient funds, direct deposit reversals, direct deposit returns, missing employer identification numbers (EINs), undone or reprocessed payrolls, amendments, payroll adjustments and special requests or similar fees.

When will I get my refund?
In order to receive any refund, you must complete the termination process. Once you’ve officially terminated, you’ll receive separate deposits according to schedules for 1) any un-deposited tax funds and 2) standard processing fees. Deposits take up to 6 weeks.
What happens to any tax monies collected?
Un-deposited tax funds will be deposited directly into your account.
