SurePayroll CEO

SurePayroll, a 50-employee Skokie-based provider of online payroll services, named Debra A. Janssen, 46, chief executive. Janssen served as president and CEO of Deluxe Electronic Payment Systems, a provider of electronic funds transfer processing and software services. She succeeds SurePayroll founder Scott Wald, who will continue as chairman.
