SurePayroll's April 2010 Small Business Scorecard

Small business hiring continued to increase in April while pay took a very slight month-over-month dip of -0.1 percent, leaving pay essentially flat for each month in 2010. That brings us to a year-to-date increase in small business hiring of 3.4 percent and a year-to-date pay increase of 0.3 percent.
