SurePayroll's November 2010 Small Business Scorecard

Small business hiring began its second month of flat or shrinking hiring numbers after four consecutive months of positive year-to-date growth. The average paycheck size, however, continued to hold the positive growth we saw in October. That brings us to a year-to-date increase in small business hiring of +4.2 percent and a year-to-date pay increase of +0.6 percent.
