Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst who is seeking
to incorporate his/her experience and education in a fast paced, dynamic and fun
environment.
Here is what you can expect to do:
- Liaison to the business team in order to recommend and specify viable technical solutions
- Work with business partners to gather requirements
- Analyze, interpret and document client requirements
- Analyze, interpret and document the flow of data required to support the client requirements
- Analyze, interpret and document the impact client requirements will have on related systems
- Track project progress against plan
- Lead end-user usability testing and improvement cycles
Here is what we are looking for in a qualified candidate:
Education or Training:
Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of 5 years work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in a technical environment with understanding of software development.
- A demonstrated record of success producing business requirements and implementing systems integration
- Experience in creating functional design and requirements in a software development environment
- Proven ability to analyze and document how various systems interact and the impact modifications to one system will have on those other systems
- A demonstrated ability to analyze and follow the flow of data within an application
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with technology staff and business stakeholders
- Experience in a critical thinking environment (such as consulting or corporate strategy) preferred
- Able to manage delivery against a project plan and budget
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to work well independently with project teams
- Degree or certification in human factors, HCI/UI a plus
- Degree or certification in project management a plus
