CRM/Database Analyst

We are poised for success and are seeking a Database Analyst in our Marketing Department who is looking to incorporate his/her experience and education in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fun environment.
Here is what you can expect to do:
This person will have 2 key responsibilities within the organization:
- Responsible for assisting in the planning, implementation and management of a customer relationship management (CRM) solution. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, user set-up, addressing all reporting needs, monitoring and supporting the application, on-going maintenance activities, addressing application issues, and assisting with updates to the application. They will assist with CRM training as required. The position works closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, and this person will also work with other business partners to identify practical solutions through existing and/or new business systems technology, and will be responsible for the administration and ongoing support of the application in cooperation with the business.
- Data analysis - will manage, develop, collect and analyze data extracted from the CRM as well as other proprietary systems. Identify trends, issues and solutions to improve business performance.
- Maintains user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules and other system configuration options.
- Assists in the creation of uniform business practices for data entry into CRM
- Extract and analyze data – be responsible for the upkeep of department dashboards
- Gathers requirements by working with Sales in order to produce appropriate reports (and eventually a dashboard) that can be used to enhance the client relationship.
- Manages data loads and data quality
- Monitor the overall usage and ensure consistent updating is being performed by the Sales team
- Works with the Sales training group in order to ensure the Sales team is provided the necessary information to ensure an effective and efficient rollout of Salesforce.com
- Acts in the role of an advocate for CRM when interacting with users throughout the organization
- Providing central point of contact for all changes requests and system alterations
- Other duties as deemed necessary
Here is what we are looking for in a qualified candidate:
Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree
Excellent Excel knowledge – including pivot tables
Analytical and loves statistics!
Salesforce experience a PLUS!
