Insurance Sales Representative
We are poised for success and are seeking a Licensed insurance sales representative who is looking to incorporate his/her experience and education in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fun environment.

Here is what you can expect to do:
- Handle internal leads and in-bound calls from individuals and business owners who are looking for health insurance coverage.
- Someone with strong sales experience who will follow up with clients, advise those clients, and close deals.
- Responsible for contacting prospective clients by telephone, explaining benefit features and merits of policies offered, and recommending type of coverage based on analysis of prospects risk characteristics.
- Obtain underwriting information from clients and apply to insurance carriers on behalf of prospective clients for desired Group Health products.
- Manage the client customer relationship by receiving quotes from insurance carriers and call policyholders, deliver quotes and explain policy details, suggest additions or changes in insurance program.
Competitive base salary plus commission and bonus opportunity.
Knowledge & skills:
- Good customer service and phone skills
- 2+ years sales experience (health Insurance preferred).
- High Energy with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Good analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
- Effective negotiation and presentation skills needed.
Credentials:
Health & Life Insurance License
Health Insurance background preferred
College degree preferred
