Online Payroll Help is organized into 13 frequently requested categories, such as Banking, Deductions, Payroll Processing, Reports and Taxes.

Within each category, customers can view lists of the most frequently asked questions, and see lists of related questions after they enter a specific query. They can also click on links to important, printable payroll documents, such as federal and state tax forms, and print any page from which they have received help.

Online Payroll Help ranked highly on the list of SurePayroll's customers' requests, so SurePayroll worked efficiently to add this feature, which is just part of their continual service updates. As Alter said, "We tailor our service to best meet our customers' needs."

New 401(k) Support Offers Greater Assistance to Small Businesses
SurePayroll's support of 4 additional retirement plans — Roth 401(k), Safe Harbor 401(k), SEP IRA and Simple 401(k) — represents an enhancement of the retirement plans SurePayroll's system already supports.
