Six Months Free Payroll Plus One Year of Free Electronic W-2s Promotion for Small Business Clients
The Six Months Free Payroll Plus One Year of Free Electronic W-2s Promotion for Small Business Clients (the “Promotion”) will run from October 9, 2025, until November 30, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”), unless terminated earlier by SurePayroll, Inc., a Paychex company (“SurePayroll”), and is subject to the following terms and conditions. The Promotion will consist of six (6) months of free SurePayroll Payroll Fees (as defined below) for Eligible Clients (as defined below) over a twelve (12) month period, plus one year of free electronic W-2 services with electronic access to Form W-2s and Form 1099s for tax year 2025 (the “Free W-2 Services”). For purposes of the Promotion, “Payroll Fees” include standard monthly subscription base fees and monthly per-employee fees.
An “Eligible Client” is a client who: (1) is a small business client and is not a household employer client; (2) does not currently have an active payroll account with SurePayroll; (3) has not processed payroll with SurePayroll in the 90 days prior to commencing payroll services; (4) starts payroll account enrollment with SurePayroll before the end of the Promotion Period; (5) enters into a service agreement with SurePayroll before the end of the Promotion Period; and (6) has an active payroll account with SurePayroll for twelve (12) consecutive months.
SurePayroll will credit an Eligible Client’s invoice for free Payroll Fees in months 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11 following the date when the Eligible Client’s payroll account is opened and will provide the Free W-2 Services for tax year 2025 and as set forth in the Eligible Client’s service agreement with SurePayroll. The Free W-2 Services will only apply if the Eligible Client processes payroll on or before December 31, 2025. Hardcopy Form W-2s and Form 1099s are not included in the Promotion. An Eligible Client must maintain an active payroll account with SurePayroll in order to receive the Promotion, and any unused month is not redeemable in U.S. currency or for any other entity. The Promotion only applies to the Payroll Fees and Free W-2 Services, and Eligible Clients will be solely responsible for all fees due for services other than the Payroll Fees and Free W-2 Services, including without limitation fees for one-time exception requests, multi-state filing, accounting software integration and other services. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other payroll offer and is a limited-time offer that is only available during the Promotion Period. To cancel your payroll service at any time, in your payroll account under Company, select Subscription then click on Cancel Subscription to complete the process.
