Jamal Ayyad joined SurePayroll in June 2010 with 17 years of experience in customer service leadership. He has implemented new customer relationship management programs to help better assist the customer, as well as training programs to build a more skilled customer service team.
Under Jamal's leadership, SurePayroll has received several top industry awards. In 2015, the SurePayroll Customer Care team was recognized in the 2015 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service as a bronze medalist for Best Use of Technology in Customer Service, as well as a Silver Medal for Customer Service Department of the Year. In 2014, SurePayroll won the Gold Stevie for Customer Service Department of the Year, and in 2013, Jamal received a Silver Stevie for Customer Service Manager of the Year.
Previously with SurePayroll, Jamal was a Customer Service Manager and Director of Customer Care. Jamal specializes in e-commerce and customer data analysis, and holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Northwestern University.
