SurePayroll customers are automatically enrolled in our referral program. Customers can access the referral program by logging into their payroll account. But you don’t have to be a customer to create a referral account and earn rewards.

Whether you’re referring as a customer or a friend, just copy your custom referral link. It will look like this: https://referrals.surepayroll.com/xXxXxXX. Share it with your friends.

When your friend uses the link, they will be prompted to fill out a form to learn more about signing up for SurePayroll.

After your referral becomes a customer and meets the referral terms, you will get an email from our Tango Card partner at noreply@tangocard.com. The email will contain a digital gift card from SurePayroll.

You’ll receive your digital gift card by email within 30 to 60 days after your referral has met the referral terms and conditions.

First, confirm the eligibility requirements for the referral rewards and review the terms. If you have met the referral requirements but did not receive your reward email, please call our customer support team at (877) 956-7873, then press 3.

Yes, all promotional pre-paid gift cards expire in 6 or 12 months. Please refer to your email notice for the details of your card. Pre-paid gift cards cannot be reissued.
